This notice applies only to the Ilubirin From Survival to Self priority list: the information you give us to join it, the programme information you ask for, our email updates, and WhatsApp updates where you have separately opted in.

It does not cover other Ilubirin services. Other Ilubirin activities — such as counselling where offered, the Ilubirin App, circles and other programmes — will have additional privacy information provided where required.

The priority list is for adults aged 18 and over only.

• Your first name and email address.
• Your phone number, only if you separately opt in to WhatsApp updates.
• Consent records, unsubscribe or STOP records, and limited delivery and engagement information generated through Kit or WhatsApp.
• Limited technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the website and the form.

Please do not use the priority-list form or replies to send sensitive details about your health, relationship, counselling, safety or personal circumstances.

• To send you the priority-list and programme updates you asked for by email — consent.
• To send you WhatsApp updates — separate consent.
• To operate and secure the form and website, and to keep accurate consent records — legitimate interests and/or legal obligations, as applicable.
• To keep a minimal suppression record after you opt out — legal obligation and our legitimate interest in respecting your marketing choice.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

• Kit — our email subscription and delivery provider.
• Lovable — our website hosting and build provider.
• WhatsApp/Meta — only where you have selected optional WhatsApp updates.

These service providers act under their own terms and/or as our processors where applicable. Information is shared only as necessary to provide the service you have selected.

Some of our providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Khafayah Consultancy Limited uses providers that make available appropriate UK transfer mechanisms or other safeguards required by UK data-protection law.

We keep priority-list contact and engagement information until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, or for 24 months after your last meaningful engagement with our priority-list communications, whichever happens first. After you opt out, we may retain the minimum information needed on a suppression list so that we can respect your choice and avoid contacting you again.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you have opted in to WhatsApp updates, you can reply STOP at any time. WhatsApp consent and email consent are separate: withdrawing one does not affect the other.

Subject to UK data-protection law, you may also have the right to access your information, ask for it to be corrected or erased, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to certain processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time.
