Questions

Will Ilubirin tell me whether to stay or leave?

No. Ilubirin does not advise on stay-or-leave decisions. The work is with you and your own discernment.

Is this therapy?

No. From Survival to Self is a facilitated, faith-integrated psychoeducational programme. It is not individual therapy, specialist domestic abuse support, legal advice or a religious ruling.

Do I need to have already left?

No. The programme is held equally for women who have physically left and for women who remain physically but have quietly withdrawn.

Do I get the Ilubirin App? What about crisis support?

The App is included with the programme as a companion resource. It is not a crisis service. Ilubirin does not provide emergency or crisis support.

Will sessions be recorded?

Recording arrangements are still being finalised and will be confirmed before enrolment opens.
