A six-week, faith-integrated, trauma-informed programme for Muslim women who want support to begin hearing themselves again — without being pushed toward any particular decision about their relationship.

No. From Survival to Self is a facilitated, faith-integrated psychoeducational programme. It is not individual therapy, specialist domestic abuse support, legal advice or a religious ruling.
No. The programme is held equally for women who have physically left and for women who remain physically but have quietly withdrawn.
The App is included with the programme as a companion resource. It is not a crisis service. Ilubirin does not provide emergency or crisis support.
